What changed in v2. This version adds a section on resume submissions (Section 5) and corrects the recruiting contact address. It was written by AlphaSpeed Consulting for The Phoenix Insurance and accepted by The Phoenix Insurance without review by legal counsel.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of The Phoenix Insurance careers and job application website (the "Careers Site"). By submitting an application or using the Careers Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice.
2. Purpose
The Careers Site is provided solely for employment recruiting. It does not sell insurance products and is separate from The Phoenix Insurance consumer website at thephoenixinsurance.com.
3. Eligibility
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to work in the United States for the roles you apply to.
4. Application process
Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or offer. The Phoenix Insurance may modify, suspend, or withdraw postings at any time.
5. Resume submissions
You may attach a resume to your application. If you do:
- Submit only a PDF file within the size limit shown on the application form. Files of other types or sizes are refused and your application is not affected; you may submit it without the file.
- Submit only your own resume, containing information you have the right to share. Do not include another person's personal information, account credentials, or anything unrelated to your application.
- Your resume is stored as a file in The Phoenix Insurance's Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) environment, is opened by people involved in hiring, and is not parsed or scored by automated tools. How long it is kept and how to request its deletion are described in the Privacy Notice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to provide false information, interfere with the Careers Site, or misuse any administrative or automated features, including uploading files that are not resumes or that are intended to harm the Careers Site or its users.
7. Disclaimers
The Careers Site is provided "as is." The Phoenix Insurance makes no warranties regarding hiring outcomes or uninterrupted availability.
